Refund policy

Traction Auto Parts offers a 30-day return policy which applies to all our products. If by chance you change your mind or find the product doesn't suit your application, we are happy to accept the item back providing it is in the original packaging, with no signs of being fitted, and no marks or scratches.

Please note: Electrical items are assessed on a case-by-case basis for change-of-mind returns, as they can be difficult to verify as unused once received.

Items need to be in the same saleable condition as received. We do not sell secondhand goods in store or online, so please contact us if you find any discrepancies with the product. The buyer is required to pay shipping costs on return items. If deemed a warranty claim, we will refund the shipping cost.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can help correct this.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will keep you up to date on the progress of your item. Once inspected, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the funds — this can take 3 to 5 business days. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Returns & Warranty

We understand how performance parts work — and sometimes, how they fail. If you receive a faulty part or something doesn't perform as it should, contact us and we'll take care of it.

We work directly with our suppliers to replace or refund faulty items as quickly as possible. We may request photos, details, or the part returned so we can process the claim properly.

We don't make excuses. We don't leave customers hanging. We fix problems fast — the old‑school way.

At Traction Auto Parts, we are a third-party supplier and all products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, unless otherwise stated. Any faulty items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, pending inspection or testing. Electrical items require testing before a warranty claim outcome can be determined.

As we sell aftermarket parts, some items may require modifications or professional installation. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure compatibility and correct fitment. If a product has failed due to improper installation, misuse, or modification, the warranty will be void.

For warranty claims, please contact us directly rather than the manufacturer. We'll handle the process on your behalf and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue, and our team will assist you every step of the way.
