Shipping and Delivery

We process and dispatch most orders within 1-2 business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Victoria. 

If, for any reason, we are unable to ship your order or any part of it, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Including a phone number at checkout helps us contact you more easily if we have any questions about your order or shipping details.

We offer flat rate shipping Australia-wide — just $10.95 for standard delivery and $18.95 for express. Some exclusions may apply.

Standard delivery typically takes between 2 to 6 business days. For expedited shipping, express delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 business days.
