This sleeve uses a velcro strap for installation, so it can be installed and removed without the need to uninstall components and lines. This aluminium sleeve is made from a heavy reflective aluminium outer layer finished in black with a heat proof fiberglass inner fabric. It can withstand temps up to 650°c. The foil finish reflects 95% of radiant heat and the inner layer of fiberglass provides insulation to the cable, hose or wiring inside.
