Proflow now manufacturers billet aluminium main cap girdles for Holden V8 and Cleveland engines. These 19mm thick (3/4") plates stiffen up the bottom end to prevent main bearings to walk or shift while also reducing crankshaft flex and block distortion under high loads.

Must be used with ARP-154-5403.
